Guidance on Holding Open Houses & Marketing Strategies

Open houses are typically conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays. The idea is to let buyers preview your home in a no-pressure, non-scheduled manner. Open houses are currently only responsible for 2-3% of all home sales, however, just like "location, location, location" is important, so is "exposure, exposure, exposure."

So, the more people that see your home, the more you increase the odds of finding a buyer.

While Johnson Realty will not actually hold the open house, we will provide guidance on how you can hold your own. In addition, we will provide advertising and signage for the open house.
